Preview Beta Issues

Hey all, posting here because I don't have Preview Beta forum access for some reason. I am recently enrolled, but still no access to the support forums (or EA Access). Any help would be appreciated!

if you guys are on the preview beta then its a know issue on the latest preview. Head over to the preview forums. Just hold power button for 10 secs and disc will work on reboot.

Ah, in that case, anyone in the beta experiencing this issue should post over on the March Preview Update forums - the engineers keep a close eye on those forums for any new issues with the preview builds, and it's a quicker way to get beta-related issues
seen by Xbox Staff.

I suggest you send a PM to Miss Portia to let her know you can't access the preview forums. Here is a thread she posted in (just click the little envelope under her post to PM her).

 

For the EA Access, you should get a message on your console with a code to redeem.

If that isn't the case, they could be releasing codes in batches and you should get yours in the next batch.

 

Thanks for the replies you two. I've messaged MissPortia and now I'll wait. I got the 1408 update already, just want to be able to give feedback and maybe try EA Access.

 

Any other community managers I could contact or is Miss Portia it?

 

It might take a few days for a reply. I'd say PM just her as she is specifically involved with the preview program.

Joining the preview team also brings you responsibilities. This is a BETA program. expect crashes, disk reading issues, kinect issues since you will be dealing with beta updates.

 

I'd certainly like to be able to fulfill my end of the bargain as a beta tester, but not having access to the specific forums that are part of that program makes it hard.

 

I cannot find the Xbox early access forums anywhere. Anyone find it yet? Links on other sites lead me to a page saying that group doesn't exist (or something to that effect).
