Discus and support Preview App in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I am signed up to the dashboard preview program but for some reason the other day it said it needed to be installed but wouldn't install.     Preview App


    I am signed up to the dashboard preview program but for some reason the other day it said it needed to be installed but wouldn't install. The only way i could solve this issue was to delete it and try to re download the app but i don't have my code in my
    Xbox live messages. How can i go about getting the preview app back?

    i need preview dashboard app

    i have preview access BUT i dont have the preview dashboard app on my xbox its not in my account download history

    To activate dev mode i need the preview dashboard app because on dev mode its saying this console is part of a preview you cant be in two previews at once you must leave your current preview by the preview doashboard preview app I dont have that app i havent
    received the preview app even though i have been waiting for over a year for the app

    Unregister new Xbox preview

    You will need to first post and the preview forums.

    Next you need to download the preview dashboard app which was sent to all of us via an Xbox message....use this app to remove the console from the preview program.

    If you never downloaded the preview dashboard app you will also need to create one post not to asking for a new token to download the preview dashboard app and then use that app to remove the console from the preview program.

    You can check if the app shows up in the 'Ready to install' list in 'My Games and Apps'. Going forward, be sure to keep all preview related posts over in our Preview Program forums.

    The preview registration app is no longer used its the xbox preview Dashboard app you need, can you access the preview forum or registration support.

    It's a two step process. First, MS will send you a message over Live with a code that lets you download the preview app. The preview app then allows one to register to be in the preview. MS then chooses who to give the preview to from those who register
    via the app.

    You need the preview dashboard app to invite friends now, as the preview registration app no longer allows invites.

    If you don't have it, you can request it in the preview forums.

    Hi there,

    there is no link to download the preview app, the Xbox 360 preview program does not have an invitation option and does not require a preview app download.

    If you mean the Xbox One preview then please post in the Xbox One forum section, but be aware that an invitation (which can be done by friends in the preview) will not guarantee you will be accepted to the program. Once accepted you will receive a Xbox Live
    Message with a code to download the preview app there is no external link.
