Preview App & Youtube App

Hey there, I´m german, so please excuse any grammar mistakes.

I´m an Member of the Preview program, but i don´t have the Preview app. I tried to download the app, but my XboxOne wasn´t able to find it in the store.

I talked to a supporter by telephone and he said I should tell my problems to this forum.

My second problem is on the Youtube-App.

I don´t have a chance to stream from my smartphone anymore because the streaming option on top of the Youtube-App disappeared and I don´t know why.

Xbox one S turns off

Hi can you please try quitting the youtube app before you start playing the game to see if this helps at all?

Also I think this might be something the Xbox team are investigating as this is sitting in the known issues list for the Xbox Insider program.

My Games & Apps

• We are aware that some users are experiencing crashing of a game or the Youtube app when you are either launching or resuming the Youtube app.
• If you are in the Youtube app and then Resume to a Game the app/game and console may hang or crash.

error 4004 everytime

I am now having the same problem my netflix app & youtube app doesnt work

good thing i still can watch netflix on my ps3...

 

Sorry to hear it. If you are part of the preview and had previously downloaded the app then head to My Games & Apps, select Apps and scroll right until you see Ready to Install. It should be listed there. If it is not then post to the following link.

As for the youtube issue, please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

I have this problem too. When I close YouTube app the stream there isn't anymore. I have to do again the connection
