preview account problems

y xbox one will not play any games or apps and when trying to load just says sorry something went wrong (x080070003) I have spoken to Microsoft and they asked me to delete my account then add it again, we were unable to access the network app despite several
attempts at this and the adviser believes it may be due to the recent update I had as a preview, can someone please help I cant do anything and I tried everything last night, turned the system off logged out of account ect I was on chat for 2 hours with advisor
from xbox support, she gave me a ref which is [Mod Removed]. grateful for any help thanks xbox has told me we have a preview account but I cant gain access to the preview forums?

Remove preview

Well,

Me account is preview, but yesterday i removed the preview in my account, because i have a many problems with preview! At the moment my account have a preview! I want to remove preview, please the more fast!

 

My console keeps locking up every time I try and install a new game.

In the most extreme case a factory reset maybe in order. What you can try to do first is a couple of things, remove your primary account from the xbox and then re-add the primary account (make sure you know the password). This will force xbox live to sync with the console. If you suspect you have networking issues, clear your mac address and hard reset the console. That is the easiest thing to try first. If the problem persists contact support. Also are you a member of the preview program or no ?
