    Prevew program invites not comming through to me


    Iv been invited to the prevew program many times iv been talking to xbox live staff about this iv been told to post here to fix this its been over a month since my 1st invite and i have not recived a msg from xbox please fix this for me

    HELP: Not reciveing the preview for Xbox one

    I recently was sent an invite to the beta... I did not receive any notification thru Xbox or email... I called support and they told me I was invited and accepted the invite on my be half. I still am not reciving any notice on the status of this prevew...
    Please help

    Hi UnDead,

    just to clarify - being invited to the preview program does not guarantee selection - its just an application. Bear in mind that they do selections in batches/waves due to volume of people trying to join.

    How will you know if you are selected?

    You'll get a service message from the team on your Xbox One. The message will include a link to download the Xbox Preview Dashboard app. You'll need to use the app to register your console for Preview updates.

    If you are not selected you will not receive any messages.

    I suggest you be patient - and I have been suggesting that if you hear nothing then get re-invited in a month.

    well xbox has lost a long term player from this iv waited to long for this all the staff iv talked to and iv only been told this now.

    Accidentally Deleted My Preview Program Message Instead Of Installing The App

    Xbox only sent out invites to the program at the beginning of the program. All invites are now handled through friend invites.

    As Smwutches stated above, the Preview Program has reached capacity. Unfortunately we are unable to provide invites to the Preview Program here in the Support Forums. You would need to be invited by someone who is currently participating in the program.
