Prevent new profiles being added on Xbox One

Is there any way to prevent my son from being able to add new profiles / gamertags on to his Xbox One console?

His original gamertag is part of our 'Microsoft Family', so appropriate settings were in place.

However, he has added on multiple other gamertags which are not part of the family, so are uncontrolled.

I want him to have to use his original gamertag and not be able to add any others on.

He is the only user of the Xbox, so it doesn't matter if its completely locked to just the one user.

In case you need it, if you go into accounts > family settings, it will give you a check list to make sure the console is locked down.

To prevent your sone from adding new profiles to the console, you first need to create a guest key and then deselect the option 'Let people download & make new accounts'.

settings --> system --> signed-out content restrictions --> create a guest key --> Uncheck the box, let people download/make accounts

PLEASE NOTE: You must remember your guest key because you will need it if
you ever want to add a new account.

Currently I'm being added almost every minute by completely random profiles. This is borderline harassment. And there's no option to prevent it.

You don't have to format the hard drive for this to work, that code means that there's still a corrupt profile on the hard drive preventing a new one from being downloaded. You just need to delete the corrupted profile (profile only), and then download a
new version of the profile and you should be good to go.

Not all original xbox games was converted for backward compatibility. As licence rights can prevent it from being added.

Seeing as the backward compatibility team has been moved to assist with the next console we wont be seeing any new games added.
