    I have registered for the xbox preview program I have run the app but when I try to access it. It tells me my console is registered to another account. I have no other accounts for my xbox

    Hey there did you purchase the console of a third party website Ebay, Amazon etc if not then it sure is a odd issue if you haven't gone contact the preview forums then i recommend it if you can't then contact the customer support via chat or call they should
    be able to resolve the issue.
