    Preveiw Program Glitched


    After getting into the program earlier today and downloading the update, I couldn't get online. I don't have access to the forum and after trying to reinstall the app it says I'm no longer a member. I'm stuck with a glitchy update PLEASE HELP ASAP

    sorry to hear about your problem, the best place to ask for help is the preview forums so firstly we need to sort that for you.

    The main support team are monitoring the forums so will sort out your forum access once they see this thread. You will then be able to post in the preview area and get the specialised tech support you need.

    Please bear in mind that after checking these posts they have to manually make changes - and there are a lot to do - so they will get to you as soon as they can!
