Pretty sure someone hacked my account

Alright, so around 12/20-29/15, I was playing GTA V Online, I logged into a random lobby and a lot of weird stuff was going on. To sum it up, the lobby was hacked. After being in the lobby for about 10 minutes, my Xbox crashes. I turn it back on, and try
to sign into my account Gamertag: Cat ID 12. Upon trying to sign in, I get a message saying the Email I used to sign in is not linked to a Microsoft account. Which is incorrect, because a day before these events, I had an email FROM XBOX with their monthly
review propaganda saying "To Cat ID 12." Since then, I've been trying everything for about a year now to get my account back due to the fact I spent over $200+ in games and DLC on that account. I was pretty mad about the whole situation. Currently I have an
account called Cat ID 13, however I don't even have half of the games I used to have. If there is more proof needed, I kept all my saved data from Cat ID 12 in my storage. But yeah, due to the fact of the lack of ways to contact a good support thing, I lost
over $200, which not cool for someone who doesn't have much money in the first place. So yeah, this sucks, please someone for the love of all things holy, tell me even the slightest of clues tell me how to get my account back, everything helps.

i am pretty sure now that my console was hacked

um duh i am pretty sure my account was hacked cant you read, somone needs to do something about it and i have proof someone was on my account and it was not me seeing how i am banned. lets see put it all together account hacked then i get banned
hmmmm apparently it was not me that did anything so someone that can read and actually gives a crap from xbox themselves anwser me please.

Can you tell me how to make a complaint about a clan because they got they own clan tag and they also been switching it to my clan name .um pretty sure that is tampering with the system..plz can someone help because if they can do thtyself and my clan is
worried tht they could hack into accounts.??

That I'm aware of, there are no known instances of Live accounts being hacked. They're phished/socially engineered quite often, but actually brute-forcing access to a Live account so far hasn't happened.

Use stronger passwords, rotate your passwords often, and don't use the same password for Live that you use for other services.
