Got the new update rolling out today now but it failed now my console has error code E 203 and i have tried the diagnostic tool with no success

Pretty Frustrated... GoWJ

Well, first of all, I pre ordered Gears of War Judgment from the Microsoft store and I still have yet to receive my Alex Brand and Classic Hammerburst pre-order bonus codes AND my 1600 microsoft points coupon code. So therefore I am desperate for some cool
weapon skins after seeing everyone else in multiplayer with all of their cool weapon skins and characters. So just a few minutes ago, I went to "trenchesofjudgement.com" to get the paintball weapon skin... And with my luck guess what happens? I complete the
whole thing and get to the end and it says REDEEM NOW so I click on it and it tells me to sign in, so I go okay. So I sign in and it takes me to the redeem code page on the xbox website... And I did not get a code so I am like okay.... I'll go back and get
the code now that I am signed in. BUT NO.... Apparently it thinks that I already got my code so now I'm screwed. No code for me and I am still waiting on my pre-order bonuses from the Microsoft Store.

I am asking for a little help here. This is ridiculous...

Thank you very much for trying to help me out here. Let me just say I called microsoft on thursday about the codes not being acquired by email, she told me there were some issues but why did some people get their codes but not me? And yes sir I have been
checking the spam folder. I hope this can be resolved quite soon, as the game has been out for a week now.

I also heard about Lambent weapon skins being sent out to people who have played gears of war 3. Well i have played all of the gears of war games and I got nothing. Not sure if that is true or not.

Only the Factory reset can be used by preview members using the off line tool, If you still have problems you should post in the preview forums.

Hey there Shady! I'm sorry to hear that your haven't gotten your skins yet. Make sure you're checking the mail that you have tied to your Xbox LIVE account. Also, have you checked your spam filters and such on your email for the code? I know sometimes these
emails can get caught up in spam folders. While you check those places, I'll check on my end and see if there's been any holdups with the code handouts.
