    Presumption of innocence


    I was just banned from communications on Xbox Live despite rarely speaking to others in game aside from my Friends in party chats. It's hilarious to me that I can be banned because a snowflake reports me enough times for something I didn't do. To top it
    off the enforcement survey asks a question about weather you can be banned despite being innocent. I answered that this was indeed possible and for that I was told that I was wrong. Ironically that is exactly what happened to me. This is the type of issue
    that is pushing me and many others away from Xbox and will most likely lead to me switching consoles. I'm disgusted that Xbox would ban anyone without proof of a situation. If it was my wrong doing that got me banned from communications, there should at least
    be a video or audio clip confirming so. As of now I truly hope nobody from Xbox enforcement gets called in to jury, as they clearly have no idea what it means to be innocent until proven guilty.

    My power goes out a lot and I have a back up generator. (that shows the frequency ) Obviously the phone and internet are out and I have played Xbox this way, while the power idiots get round to climbing a pole (last time was 5 days) So I am supposed to
    have my games disrupted several weeks a year in case I might pirate a game? SERIOUSLY........what happened to the presumption of innocence???

    Most of the time that simply is not the case. Most countries around the world have a presumption of innocence. It isn't the sole prerogative of the United States. The principles of the court are similar. It's the laws themselves
    that are different.

    Let's take the country of Greece for example. Their court system, like the US court system, presumes you are innocent until proven guilty. Hypothetically, you're in Greece, and in your bag you have a bottle of Codeine. In most countries this is a common,
    over the counter pain killer, but in Greece, it's an illegal drug. When you are arrested for having that bottle of Codeine in Greece, you wouldn't be able to cite US laws.

    You will still be sent though the courts with the assumption of innocence, but you will need to face the due process.

    will xbox live work for xbox 360 when the console stops being made in 2016?

    It has been stated that the 360 will be supported for several years beyond the launch of the Xbox One. The presumption of time usually seems to be between 3-5 years although an actual time limit has not been specified.

    Yeah so i've already been to bungie as that was my presumption as well but according to them it is done by the account you wish to connect to in this case Xbox.

    To unlink the account you are required to sign in to your xbox and this is the problem that i'm facing.
