Pressing Bind & Eject at same time

I'm not really sure how I can be doing this wrong, but I cannot seem to trigger the factory reset option on my Xbox One. It is stuck on the green loading screen after the last update was apparently botched, and nothing else has worked, so I am attempted
to completely reset it. I have followed the offline update instructions, but no matter what I do I cannot get the xbox to make the 'second power up noise' that the instructions seem to talk about. Any advice? I even double checked I was pressing the correct
buttons.

I have made sure to extract the file properly, clear and format the flash drive to NTFS, and copy the offline install to the root directory.

Xbox Consul hanging

my Xbox Consul start up normal till appeared my console back ground & hanging with doing nothing, I Start it many times with the same issue, also when i trying to Start it up by Pressing and hold at (the BIND and EJECT button and power the console on), Console
start up & showing the Green xbox screen & Shut down again from it self.

Third replacement Xbox One, failed within 4hrs!!!

If you double left click on the update file you download you should see a folder name $SystemUpdate, that folder alone should be extracted to the USB flash drive, the sequence of pressing and holding Bind and Eject then pressing the Xbox button on the console
until your hear the second tone can take a few tries to get just right.

Don't hold the xbox button just keep bind and eject held, press the xbox button and let go of bind and eject as soon as you hear the second tone.

You haven't had much luck at all by the looks of it with your Xbox One.

Hi there

Try to redo the thumb drive completely and make sure you follow the steps very carefully.

Also, make sure you don't have any other storage devices connected to the console.

Contacting MS's support about this is also an option.

try unplugging the power cord 5 minutes...

Then press and hold the Bind (the button on the left of the console to link the controller) and the Eject button at the same time.

While holding together the BIND and EJECT button, press the power button and keep holding the BIND and EJECT.

Your xbox should turn on a special menu. If its working, try resetting while keeping your game on the HD, if its not working bad luck....

- Turn your Xbox off

- Press and hold both the bind button and the eject button on your Xbox.

NOTE: The bind button is the one you use to sync wireless controllers to your Xbox, and the eject button is the one you use to eject discs.

- With the bind and eject buttons still held down, press and release the power button. At this time, you will hear a startup chime.

- Continue holding the bind and eject buttons until you hear the startup chime a second time

- Release the bind and eject buttons.

- Select Reset this Xbox from the menu.

- Choose the option "Keep my games & apps"

- Select System > Settings > System > Console info.

- Select Reset console.

If you can't get into the settings perform these steps.
