Discus and support Pressing 'B' should not open apps/games (this was supposed to be fixed) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; This was annoying before the NXOE and it's still annoying now.     We understand the issue!

    One suggestion with this occurrence is to restart the console through the guide menu option.

    The process for this is to

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
      Note Pressing the Xbox button will open the guide from any other screen on the console.
    2. Select Settings.
    3. Select Restart console.
    4. Select Yes to confirm.
    If this does not assist, try this How to reset your console to factory defaults on Xbox One article.

    Be sure to select Keep my Games and Apps.

    Free stuff you can't get - This problem is continuing!

    I have reported over and over that the "Free" tickets and the "Free" coins you are supposed to be able to get daily hardly EVER work. WHEN THE HECK WITH THESE APPS ERRORS EVER GET FIXED????

    XBOX Controller wont work

    Hello,

    This is a known issue with this game. The only way to solve this to be able to see menus in the game and do other actions besides just being a meat shield you'll need to reset the game to default.



    1. Go into the help & options menu and select "controller" once open press "Y" to reset your defaults (this will fix the turning issue)

    2. Again in the help & options menu select "settings" once inside press "Y" as before to reset your defaults

    3. Still in "settings" press the "X" button to open your HUD settings. This will allow you to adjust the screen to what best fits your TV and that should fix it.

    This should fix the issues your having.

    Xbox internal storage

    Hello SHA,

    Thank you for posting here on the Xbox forums. We understand that you have moved one of your games from your internal storage, but the space did not open up. Please ensure that you moved the game over, and did not copy it. If you performed a copy instead
    of a move, that would be why the space did not open up.

    You can easily fix this by removing your external hard drive. Afterward, delete the game from your internal storage. Then, the game should only be in your external storage. Please let us know if this helps.

    To uninstall games:

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select My games & apps, See all, and then Games.
    2. Highlight the game you want to uninstall, press the Menu button, and then select Uninstall.

    Game in Main Tile on Home screen starts whenever backing out of any app or menu.

    It will open your last played game usually.



    For example, if I pressed B on the dashboard, it would open Battlefield 4, but if I then wanted to play Minecraft, and then quit it, and pressed B, it should open Minecraft again.

    My Xbox One won't let me connect to my profile/gamertag

    You will need to do a soft factory reset in order to fix this.

    1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    2. Select System > Settings > System > Console info.
    3. Select Reset console.
    4. On the Reset your console? screen, select: Reset and keep my games & apps

    Once your console starts up again, you should be able to connect your profile. Please let us know if this fixes it for you!
