    Pressed "Skipped & stay offline" by mistake now my console says "No Update ...


    I'm a preview member, but today I was prompted to download the update and it said there was a problem with my network and I pressed "Skip & Stay offline" now when I go to settings and go to the update option its stuck on "No update available" even though
    I'm an existing preview program member.

    Problem downloading latest update.

    my console doesn't detect the update even if I hard reset. By mistake I put skip and stay offline and now if I go to the settings it just says No update available even I was prompted when I turned on my xbox.

    Have you tried to carry out a hard restart on the console to see if you get offered the update again when restarting?

    Yes, I've done a couple times, and went through chat support. We did the steps they gave me. So far nothing has worked.

    got the prompt to update again and wouldn't let me update because of network supposedly. Turning off and on the console fixed it.

    This is getting out of hand please help

    Select skip & stay offline then head to settings> console settings > Reset Xbox.

    I was offline and the console wouldn't let me connect to the internet without the update anyway so I chose the option to keep my games and apps.

    After it restated the update started downloading.
