Press X for OneGuide no longer works

I noticed that after the XBOExperience update, pressing the X button no longer launches OneGuide.

In addition to that, I can't pin OneGuide...when I try to pin OneGuide, a pin tile is instead created for "TV".

Does anyone know if there is a way to accomplish the above tasks? Thx.

i need help

I press menu button, go to settings and select tv and oneguide and it just says tv takes too long tostart. No menu to troubleshoot or set up my devices again

Hi. Pressing X to launch one guide whilst watching live TV should work, and does work for me.

Most issues I have had with it have been cured by a hard reset. Hold your power button on the front of the console until it turns off. Release and then press again to turn back on.

Try this, but let us know how it goes

OneGuide is the function for what you are looking for. Either say "Xbox OneGuide" or "x" I believe within the TV app.

I just checked the OneGuide on my Xbox One X in Canada and it was able to successfully load up the proper channel listings for my Rogers Toronto cable feed including US channel information. I was going to report it as faulty in case it was a OneGuide App
issue as happened last December but can't do so at this time because it appears to be working fine for me.

If you would like to provide additional data to Microsoft for troubleshooting (ie maybe USA, Australia etc support is not aware of OneGuide issues) even if you don't have your console in the Dashboard Preview program, try downloading the Xbox Insider app.
Once app is installed, press and hold the Xbox nexus button on your controller...then select the Report a Problem button. Select Apps as the category, then OneGuide as the sub-category and enter in your problem title and description.

Same problem I have.

Newer XB1 X lost OneGuide settings.

Older XB1 (No X) did not.
