Press sign in and nothing happens?

Hey,

I have been trying to sign into my account for just over a week now, however it always does the same thing everytime... When I am on the "Xbox App" and I press to sign in the application flashes on and off then nothing... I am able to sign into all the other Xbox applications for PC just fine. I have tried every fix possible that I have found through searching the web and unfortunately none have worked. I've watched video after video to no success. I am able to sign into my account just fine on my sisters computer. I purchased Forza 5 and when I saw I wasn't able to do it through my computer I was devastated..

Is there any way to fix this?

These steps can help you, give it a try.

Check for updates on Windows Update, update everything including optional/additional updates.

1. Logout from Xbox app and Microsoft Store app

2. Look for the Xbox app and Microsoft Store app in the Windows menu, right-click, click app settings and then click terminate, restore and reset. Do this for the game too.

3. Clear the store cache type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the screen to close and open the store automatically.

4. Open the Microsoft Store app, click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner>downloads updates>get updates and update everything.

5. Press the Windows Button then type Services.

Right-click over the Services App from the list of results.

Then select Run as Administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper

Xbox Live Auth Manager,

Xbox Live Game Save,

Xbox Live Networking Service,

Gaming Services.

Do this with each of the services listed above.

Right-click over the service and select Properties.

Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic.

If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services.

Click Apply and OK to save changes.

6. Restart your PC, log in to both apps and see if that solves the problem.

I'm automatically logged in on microsoft.com but now on the enforcement site, then when I press the sign in button nothing happens.

I apologize for that, TariqAlm. Please try and follow these steps:

1. In the Search bar type services. Select the Services from the list of results.

2. Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

Xbox Live Auth Manager, Xbox Live Game Save, Xbox Live Networking Service.

3. You’ll have to repeat this process for each of the services listed above. Right-click the service and select Properties.

4. Find the Startup type section and make sure it’s set to Automatic. If the service isn’t started, click Start to start the services. Click Apply and OK to save changes.

After that, please try again.

Kindly reset and repair the app by following the steps below:

Settings > Apps > Search for "Xbox Game Bar > Advanced Options > Reset > Repair > Restart your PC.
