All the games I install from your store do not work, for all the games I have the same problem. In the menu "press any key to start" nothing happens, I can't play any of my games, it's crazy, I've never seen such a mess. My patience is really starting
to reach

My problem now is that i can't run flight simulator. Press any key bring me to a black screen and still asks me to press a key...

I have gtx1080

64gb

ryzen 3900x

so please can we skip the **** about my config or my pc or me being the problem. My pc works fantasticly. All my games works. Everything works, my pc is updated, my drivers are updated, everything is updated, i do not have bluescreen, crashes, errors,
nothing so please...

You have to start the game from Microsoft store not the xbox app. Hit play and it will start the game again, but this time no blank screen and should begin the large download.

Hey Don;

Had same problem, fix was going to Microsoft home page, logging into your account, finding the 2020 flight sim order, clicking on that, finding the digital key, pressing install twice. It worked, just be prepared to get the "press any Key" glitch after you
do that. I'm still working on that one.

Flight Simulator 2020 I open it and at the start it says "Press any key to start" and I press a key and it just flashes and says the same message again and it just keeps happening no matter what key I press or how many times I keep trying.

I have the same problem with the premium deluxe edition. I was able to install the whole 90+ gb and play with it for over an hour and now the damn press any key keeps on looping back and won't do anything else than tell me to press any key. Guess that's
what you get today for paying almost $180 bucks Canadian.
