    I used my points to renew my prescription. It took my points but didnt renew. I messaged someon the other day and they emailed me another address but i couldn't get through. Please fix this or contact someone who can.

    I believe of you pay the amount the sunscriptiom will then be active for the period you have paid for but if you then turn off auto renew it wont attempt to renew it again. You may however be able to request a refund of current prescription but im not
    sure how successful that would be.

    You may keep your gamertag and gamer score and you have to get another copy of bf4. You do not need to get another gold prescription unless it needs to be renewed. You should research more about the XBOX1
