Prepayed Xbox Live code accepted but it wouldn't let me play online

I brought my xbox one from France to Canada where I live now. Sunday I brought a prepayed Xbox Live code and after making a new account I entered the code to get a 3 months subscription to xbox live gold. The code seemed to work and I got no error message.
So for so good. Then I launched Overwatch and at the "connecting to xbox live" I always get send to the "buy an subscription" saying I have no xbox live on this account. But when I go to my settings/subscription it says I have 3 months prepayed xbox live gold
... Is this a system problem or a game problem or did I do something wrong ?

Xbox Gold Trail Problems

I just hate this bought my xbox one yesterday, use the trail code which was accepted but now when i try to play online it shows me the page to buy xbox live.

Hello my account on xbox one is brand new, i tried to use a xbox live gold 14 days trial, they said the code was correct and accepted but i dont have xbox live gold? i cant play online? they took my code and nothing happened....

i tried with another free trial code and same ****, they said "code accepted" but i cant use it?

please help me bc the microsoft staff keeps ignoring me...
