Prepay taken king

Two days ago you were able to purchase the digital copy but for some reason it was removed!! From my local game store and other esquires found out if its true, that you wont be able to pre-pay the digital copy until the 8th!! But here's hoping that its nothing
but a rumor.....

 

i was just on the destiny website where the option to purchase the ttk on 360 was there. i was then forwarded to xbox.com where there was only the option to purchase on xbox one. does anyone know whats up with that?

 

While game companies know that people still use older consoles, the primary focus is on new consoles, as that's where the majority of people either currently play or are moving to. It's actually an older trend that's been prominent in several games now.

I'm going to stick this here....

Just purchased TTK this evening...... it was a very quick download.... I launched it, takes me to a screen shot of the game, on the screen it tells me to press A to begin the download process and to wait for all said downloads to finish blah blah blah....
I do this and I get an error code 'Can't download this item. There is a problem with the download type.'

Can someone tell me if the reason behind the error is because the game isn't actually available until tomorrow? Or did I just waste $79.99?

 

Purchased the legendary edition. Still unable to unlock The Taken King. Keep getting an error message. Spoke with an Xbox live rep and stated that xbox is aware of the problem and is working on a patch which will be a 24 hour time frame. Ugh!

 

Well at least there's that....

 

So this is infuriating as soon as I got home I went to buy ttk from in game the collectors edition but xbox is having problems and I guess its gonna take a week but is anyone else having problems.
