    i bought a prepay card for xbox one and i try to put the code and say the code is not activated, in the store says me "the card needs to ve activaded or i can sale it" what i can do?.

    A Warning to all TESCO Entertainment customers on pre-ordering

    I believe this has to do with the type of card. If the card is a prepay mastercard or somesuch, then they would most likely claim the full amount immediately, whereas with a visa debit or a credit card they would do the pre-auth for the £1 etc. I seem to
    remember this happening to me when I used a prepay mastercard about a year or so ago.

    Hi there,

    usually the store that sells the card 'does' something for the card to be activated, usually an automated process as far as I know.

    So it's something the store itself 'does' it's not a requirement for it to be sold.

    You could wait 24 hours and try again but if it still shows the same error then you will have to contact the store again as far as I know.

    If you want to be 100% sure these steps are correct then you can try and contact Xbox Support (via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat) at Contact Us | Xbox Support

    depends which country you are in, i use paypal for myself for the sub and sub prepay cards for the ids in the UK
    im in indonesia no prepay card exist here and debit corp still trying to figure out international transaction
