    I hard reset my Xbox and now it's stuck at 50% on preparing console screen

    im also having this problem today my xbox one s has been getting stuck on the green screen of death and when it boots up the dash freezes all the time and my games have been crashing a lot so i have decided to factory reset it and now im stuck on 50% preparing
    console screen hour and a half i have been stuck on this screen

    Once done log in to
    https://beta.support.xbox.com     and click on Contact Us. Ask to be escalated to a Microsoft Advocate for repair help. Let the Advocate know that you had address problems and want to confirm the info. Then keep a copy of the chat for your records (you can
    copy past into Notepad on your PC.

    You need to have a look on this
    troubleshoot    , and choose Error E102, but for what i looked for you will need to do a reset using the Startup Troubleshooter. In that link, after you choose error e102 you will find the procedure to run the startup Troubleshooter.

    Let us know if you be able to do it, and if worked.
    I did that now it's won't not show any signal after I did that.
