    Could we please get a viable answer in this thread because it sucks not being able to use my xbox as i have the same issue.I can't access the preview forums for some reason.

    ALASTER666 - I am unable to verify that you are in the preview program. This is likely because another gamertag on your console is the one that is actually in the preview program. You will want to post in
    Managing my Xbox Live Account on Xbox One with that GT so that we can ensure you have the proper permissions to access the forums.

    Hey there! To minimize confusion because troubleshooting may be different for preview updates than regular versions, you'll want to post this, and everything else preview related in the preview forums (forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx).
    This will also ensure that the proper team sees your post and can help you out. Also, make sure you look at the list of known issues to see if there is a workaround.

    Most of the time, you can fix this by holding the power button for 10 seconds until it powers off and unplugging the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. If that doesn't work, you'll want to create a post in the preview forums and list
    any troubleshooting you've tried.

    If you're stuck in the green screen, after rebooting from a stuck preview update, try a cold reboot. Press the Xbox logo, so the Xbox switches off, then switch off power supply. Leave it for a few minutes, then start it up. It worked for me, but stayed on
    the green screen for about 10 minutes before finally starting proper. Hope that helps.
