Prepaid Xbox Live Gold 12 months doenst work

Today I bought a prepaid card for xbox live gold (12 months). When i entered the key it first showed that it was valid and if i would like to auto. renew the membership. That is something i did not want, so iI pressed switched to No.

Result; the key said its already been used, I didnt got the renewal of my membership and I already contacted the seller of the card who confirmed with Xbox Support its still valid.

What to do next? Please help.

I tried to contact XBOX Netherland, but they are closed during the weekend.

Gold subscription does not except prepaid cards.edit

Doesn't trust banks or credit card companies. Tries to use their pre-paid cards.

I fear for this person's future when they try to buy a house with no credit. Maybe they are rich and will just buy it out right with their mattress money.

As for a solution to your problem, use your prepaid card from a company you don't trust to buy a 12-month or 3-month Xbox Live Gold card from the store.

 

Recieved 12 month game pass instead of 12 month xbox live gold when i entered key from card

i added a key from prepaid 12 month xbox live gold card and when the transaction finished i did not have 12 month xbox live gold instead i found that i had gotten 12 month xbox game pass what can i do?
