    Prepaid redemption problem.


    I got a 12 month subscription prepaid card, yesterday. I've tried entering it on my 360 and on the website. Even contacted Xbox support about it and I still cant use the damn thing. Because of this I can't play a few of my games or watch my netflix. Any
    Idea on what to do?

    That's the same problem by me too. I have a 3 months gold membership prepaid card but it doesn't work. Need help.

    Same with me, i have a 1 month, and a 3 months xbox live gold but when i entered it, it shows that it is invalid

    What error message/error code do you see when you try redeeming the code on the console?

    plus to add those cards are region locked so a UK card would not work on say a German account etc.

    So…I have changed my region and now it works. Bought one prepaid thing but my region was not ''inserted'' Thankyou.

    guys just change your region and it will work, thats how I got my codes to work. The codes came with the console from Saudi and I'm in the Philippines right now and I just changed the locale to any supporting region, like the US
