Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We see you have a question on prepaid cards. The main reason they are not supported is the prepaid cards are not a guaranteed

form of payment. The reason this is, the only way it will pay is if money is added. A credit/debit card is tied to bank accounts which normally have money in them.

The problem was the prepaid cary. Problem solved by changing pay.ethod with another vard,not prepaid.

First of all, you should contact the seller of these prepaid cards, he/she is the one responsible for your problem, not Microsoft.
