Prepaid money not working.

Hi. I recently redeemed a prepaid code worth 25$. I tried buying Midnight club la, but it wont let me use the prepaid money.

Gold subscription does not except prepaid cards.edit

Doesn't trust banks or credit card companies. Tries to use their pre-paid cards.

I fear for this person's future when they try to buy a house with no credit. Maybe they are rich and will just buy it out right with their mattress money.

As for a solution to your problem, use your prepaid card from a company you don't trust to buy a 12-month or 3-month Xbox Live Gold card from the store.

Not true. If you have a $100 prepaid MasterCard, go online and activate it. Spend it all if you like, you do not need to keep adding money to it for it work online.

As for American Express.... yea.... AE is not the most consumer friendly.

 

If you are trying to purchase the game on the website you should note that currency cannot be used.

Currency can only be used on the console for purchases at the moment. Although you cannot specifically choose it the purchase will default the payment from the currency first and then take any extra that may be left over from your alternate payment method.
