    Hello, I bought an Xbox One X with the game Shadow Of The Tomb Raider, but the code provided does not work. I have this message displayed "Check the instructions provided with your code.You may need to exchange it on a different web page".

    I can not find any solution, can anyone tell me what can I do? Thanks.

    Hi, that looks like some sort of region issue, if your account region and physical locations don't match you'll have these issues. It could also be the region and language setting on the Xbox so that may be worth checking too.
