Tonight I accidentally entered in two prepaid codes for 15$ each on the wrong account. I put them on the account of instead of MorbidDesirez. As you can see the latter account hasn't been touched in some time and the main account MorbidDesirez
is my 360 and xbox ONE account. Please assist. I spoke with online chat agent Anthony for about an hour on the situation adn that's how I obtained the request number. Please assist.

Also, reference numbers are only used by phone and chat support and should not be posted on the forums.

Only xbox live chat or phone support can help you with this issue yet to my opinion there is no refunding for prepaid codes in this kind of situation.

I agree. Although there have been cases where a Gold membership code has been refunded if it was accidentally put on a different account I have never heard of this happening for currency.

However, be aware that any DLC you purchase on the one account can be used on the other (except for avatar items).

Make sure you call ASAP, it's possible they can help you with redeeming the prepaid code on the wrong account

Hi Lucillex,

Xbox Live Gold can be purchased using a credit card or using a prepaid 25-digit redeemable code you can buy from many retailers.

If you don't have a credit card, it's best to go with the prepaid cards. Once you purchase one from a retailer, you can redeem the code in a number of ways. I'll provide an article that explains how to redeem an Xbox Live Gold prepaid subscription code:
