    Dear Misses,
    Thanking you for your reply. It's XBOX live gold 3 months. Yes I attempted to redeem the code in both console and laptop.
    The given message was as follow :
    Something went wrong, please try after a while.
    I am currently located in Kuwait city - Gulf area ( content of Asia ).
    I have noticed that in the account billing profile there are 3 accounts
    1- AE
    2- KW
    3- US
    I have tried using 3 of them but still the same message appears.
    I hope I was clear in all the information provide and I am available for more details.
    Please need your support to redeem the prepaid code into my account .

    Need help redeeming my xbox live code

    I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

    so what the... what do I do now?

    Prepaid code - Redeem

    That means you got split billing

    Since Kuwait isn't an xbox live region we can't recommend any thing for billing issues you have to contact support
