Prepaid code ordered but didn’t get it

I bought a prepaid code worth of €10, but I didn’t get a code or anything else.

Please help.

Didn’t get my pubg code when I purchased the Xbox one x

Gold subscription does not except prepaid cards.edit

Not sure how in 2016, you don't use debit or credit cards but that's just me.

Anyway, could someone else confirm if using prepaid VISAs work or not? You could always go to gamestop or bestbuy, use your prepaid VISA card on a subscription xbox live card. That should work. Perhaps order a digital code on amazon with your prepaid VISA. I'm pretty sure they accept it.

Did you buy it with a creditcard or paypal?

If not then was it a prepaid code

If prepaid code then no in order to get promotional you must buy with a payment method

What does it say when inputting the code? What error are you getting?

Have you tried on the console and online? Follow this support article for different ways to redeem a code to your Microsoft account/Xbox account:

I also recommend double checking your account's billing history since any game code redemption's will appear on your account as redeemed:

Let us know what it says when putting in the code and if it shows up in your billing history.

In order to get the mine craft code you must purchase the promotion on the dashboard.via a payment option

Not via a prepaid code as those count as previous purchases
