    Prepaid code not working for the past 12 hours


    For the past 12 hours my prepaid code has not been working. I continually get an "unexpected error" message when trying from both my console and my computer. Is this a problem on my end or Microsoft?

    It says that something went wrong and to try later. It happens from 3 hours now. Also Im getting it for the EA Access code.

    Gold subscription does not except prepaid cards.edit

    I have used prepaid visa/mastercards in the past and they have worked. I never tried for a gold sub though because I would never pay full retail price for a gold sub

    you should wait 24 hours and then try again. If the code still doesn't work after that take it back to the store and have them activate it.
