Prepaid Code not complete

I got a prepaid code with 25 Numbers.

Nr. 11 isn't a Number but a "?".

So I couldn't use this code!

What's the problem and how is it to solve?

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

Forza Horizon 3 download

Whilst trying download Forza Horizon 3 from a prepaid code,my Xbox was switched off. The code now shows as already having been redeemed but the download did not complete. How can I get back to the correct place to complete the download?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. There is no guarantee that a prepaid code sold on websites such as Amazon will be the prepaid code for the region you are looking for. We recommend purchasing your Xbox Live Gold prepaid code from the

Microsoft website. There is a way to update the region of the website. However, the region of the website and your Microsoft account must be the same in order to complete a purchase. Once the Xbox Live Gold prepaid code is redeemed, the subscription will
remain active in other regions. The main issues that occur when you are in a different region involves redeemed codes that are from a different region, and completing a purchase without updating your billing and account information. Be sure to let us know

Thanks, how do I get a refund for the gift card that is redeemed on the wrong account or is that money just wasted ?
