Prepaid code messed up

I had gotten Star Wars: Battlefront recently and it came with a prepaid code for The Battle of Jakku, when I had tried to enter it, I think I messed it up because when the system was reading the code, I pressed enter and then it said you already used this
code. What do I do if I mess up a code redemption?

Need help redeeming my xbox live code

I tried redeeming the code in my browser on my computer using these instructions, big mistake. It said "thank you, you redeemed your code" and then exited me out. No gamertag registration whatsoever. I thought the whole point of redeeming my code was to create a gamer tag, but no just exits me out. I then tried redeeming my code on my xbox (so that I could create the gamer tag) and it said "sorry, code already redeemed."

so what the... what do I do now?

 

Anyway to turn Auto Renewal Back on for Xbox Live?

Yah i have tried and somehow when i first paid with a prepaid card and then shut off auto renewal i seemed to have messed something up and it just will not take the code and let me confirm it. Wonder if calling them would help solve the issue

be sure to check that the content isnt already available on your account via either Ready to Install in My Games and Apps or at the Manage Game option on the specific game.

Since it might be the case that the redeeming went through correctly..

If it can't be found the best option is to contact Xbox Support, so they can double check what has happened and perhaps fix it even.
