Discus and support Prepaid code issues in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I got a 7 day xbox live trial, redeemed it on my xbox, and it gave me a message saying i redeemed it and have started the gold trial.     I got a 7 day xbox live trial, redeemed it on my xbox, and it gave me a message saying i redeemed it and have started the gold trial. But i still cant play multiplayer in any game, and my account says i still have xbox live free. when i tried to redeem the
    code again on my computer it said it was already used

    Prepaid code issues

    Trial cards are usually limited to the game that they came with. Which game was that code for and have you tried accessing multiplayer in it?

    Ok so I was playing World Of Tanks when the next day my membership ran out which was ok with me because I only bought a 1 Month. I Checked my email and found out that WoT were offering me a prepaid 3M membership code. I redeemed it and was carried on.
    When the 3 Months ran out they sent me nothing. The next day I went to check my email and a email from WoT appeared saying you were recieved a code after you first 3M Code but you hadnt redeemed it it the offer has now expired. This is not fair.

    Sorry but that offer doesn't sound like something that Xbox was involved in. You would be better off posting in the World of Tanks forums for more assistance with that.

    Hello, I recently added a prepaid card to my xbox. I only did so, so I could change my gamertag on an old account. Everytime I go to change it I get the sae pop up saying that I have spent the most I could in the xbox store for one day. I have purchased
    nothing !! I searched for answers and they all said fill out billing info, I don't want a credit card or any of my cards on xbox. What do I do ?! help !!

    yeah unless you have a creditcard on file theyt can remove a creditcard and issue a prepaid code if the membership was purchased with one

    but using a prepaid code for membership which sounds like most likely what you did no

    they will not issue a prepaid code for prepaid code memberships



    if it is a prepaid code membership then there is no real need to cancel the account

    time nor ms points are transferable between account
