    Prepaid code for Xbox One not working after several attempts.


    I had pre-ordered DOOM last week and I received two prepaid codes for both DOOM and DOOM II. The prepaid code for DOOM II worked perfectly without problems, though the first prepaid code has not worked after several attempts. I talked to the Xbox support
    and they told me to come here. I have have tried to redeem the code on both my console and on the website but neither worked. Please help me! Thank you very much Prepaid code for Xbox One not working after several attempts. :)

    it diplayed the message Something went wrong. the error code underneath was 0x80150017 i think, that's from memory

    That code means it's a region issue. If your account region doesn't match your physical location, or you live in a region where that game is not available, you'll receive that message.
