That code means it's a region issue. If your account region doesn't match your physical location, or you live in a region where that game is not available, you'll receive that message.

What error message/code do you see when you try redeeming the code?

it diplayed the message Something went wrong. the error code underneath was 0x80150017 i think, that's from memory
