Prepaid Code for FIFA 17 not working...

Okay, so I received a prepaid code for FIFA 17 pre-order edition, upon putting the code into the "redeem code" box in the store, my Xbox responded normally and presented me with a button to install the game. I obviously pressed this button and expected the
game to begin installation, but nothing happened. My download queue was empty and my game library showed no sign of FIFA 17. So I decided to put the code in again (hoping for a better outcome) to be presented with, "This code has already been used" This is
a very frustrating circumstance due to my lack of a way to even try again, let alone succeed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Sorry to hear your points haven't shown up in your account yet. It sounds like you've already verified with support that the points have been successfully redeemed. Have you by chance reached out to EA in reference to your points not showing?

Also, can you clarify how many points you redeemed? Be sure to check under the game's "Manage"section to make sure the content successfully installed on your Xbox One.

Hi am having problems i just bought some fifa points for my fifa 17 i redeem them and it told me that it was install but once i go into the game there is no points. I have already call xbox support and they told that the code was redeem successfully in my
account. can anyone help me!!!!

 

Go to My Games & Apps and then Ready to Install? Do you see the game there? If so, press A on it and choose to download the game.

To check, what happens if you search in the Xbox store for the content? Do you get the option to download the content or does it ask you to pay for it again? Make sure you're searching for the standard edition, let us know how it goes.
