Prepaid code doesnt work

I have problem with my Xbox live gold prepaid code. The Xbox still say: Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate. I´m tired remeeding code again and again. No error code

Trouble with redeem code

tyr this soultions see how you go you may need to chat with microsoft support though if this doesnt work

Hi there,

Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

Also check that the Xbox Live account, the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

The link to Xbox Support 'contact us' is the same site run-around link that gives no answers ... should just as well give the phone #(oh, Sorry- -that isn't listed either) or the link to request a Call From Support- (wait is usually 30-35 minutes or so)
<Contact Us | Xbox Support> . The 'Chat with Support' takes you to an Automated faq's Tech/Agent (again, typically No Results if not already listed in the easy articles, lists).

1- if you Don't have a CREDIT CARD on file, the gift card you bought probably won't work (until you add a card*)

2- if you have any outstanding balance it won't work (they won't even take the balance off of the value of the gift card then give you the remaining balance for your Account...*)

(just 2 of the suggestions that Could be in the Suggestions for Improvement list for Xbox... but aren't)
