prepaid code doesent work

    prepaid code doesent work


    i bought prepaid code for xbox live 3 months but it says

    "Etwas ist schiefgegangen
    Es tut uns leid! Versuchen Sie es später noch einmal."
    something has gone wrong
    sorry try later again
    it says that is 3 months xbox live and everything is ok with code but when i must confirm then says that error message

    What's going on with prepaid codes every time I enter my prepaid code I get a msg saying dosent work that's on are end give it a bit what's going on be having issue since 9pm Pacific time zone thx

    There can be a possible issue with your account. Kindly contact Phone/Chat support to have them check on your account and on the code as well.

    i cant prepaid code doesent work :( i want to but it says that i must write my name but i cant because it doesent let me type in........im really mad at the moment...im dealing with this problem 4 days and i cant find solution and 20 € are gone.....3 hours before buying xbox live
    prepaid code i have activated ea access with pay pal and everything was ok...
