    I have a problem with prepaid code. I have enterd it many times to my Xbox and computer.and now it says in my Xbox that code valid.on my computer it says Something went wrong

    Gold subscription does not except prepaid cards.edit

    Not sure how in 2016, you don't use debit or credit cards but that's just me.

    Anyway, could someone else confirm if using prepaid VISAs work or not? You could always go to gamestop or bestbuy, use your prepaid VISA card on a subscription xbox live card. That should work. Perhaps order a digital code on amazon with your prepaid VISA. I'm pretty sure they accept it.

    What did you use a credit card or prepaid code

    If prepaid code you didnt follow the terms and conditions you need to buy the subscription with a payment option

    Using a prepaid code is a previous purchase with the retailer not ms

    http://billing.microsoft.com     and after that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    If it is still not working properly please specify the full actual error message (and errorcode) you are receiving when trying to redeem the prepaid code they can help to determine a possible cause.

    hello i fixed the billing info by changing the region. now on my Xbox it says that that the code is not valid. On my computer it says Something went wrong

    Give it another try. If this happens again, let us know by entering the code below at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate.

    Also, where did you purchase the code from?

    i live in Estonia and i did purchase it from Estonia and my gamertag is set to Estonia too.

    That would be the problem then. Estonia is not an officially Live supported country. Some codes would not work because of this.

    That would be the problem then. Estonia is not an officially Live supported country. Some codes would not work because of this.
