    Prepaid code causing error


    I received an xbox live 12 month gold membership +800 Microsoft points gift card, Tried to put the codes in on Xbox One. The subscription code works, but the download code doesn't. Tried to put download code in online. Received Error code

    bfc7edd6-3dcb-4a45-9286-696d479562d0 which does not show in a search on xbox.com/errorhelp. What do I do?
