    Are you able to see this code redeemed via your
    Order history    ? Its possible that you may have redeemed this to the wrong account.

    Alternatively, if you are able to see your code redeemed there, it would be best to check the

    Services and subscription     page to verify that the system is recognizing your subscription correctly.
