Prepaid Card, something wrong with it?

Once you add the card it should be added to your account immediately. Try checking

but on my Console it says I don't have any money.

Every time I try to submit the prepaid gold card it says something went wrong and I've checked my account and everything what could be causing this

xbox is so [mod removed] stupid i swear... i try and put in a 3 month prepaid card and it says something went wrong here.... dumb [mod removed] xbox always messin things up

Xbox support when you open the support webpage select no for using the virtual assistant and then after answering a couple of questions you should be given the option to chat with Xbox support or request a phone call from support.The team should be able
