    Good evening, my prepaid code does not come, it's been 24 hours and nothing

    - Activation message Gift Cards

    The code has not been activated

    The activation may take up to 24 hours. Try again later. If the code does not work, contact the vendor and ask that the code is activated.

    Gold subscription does not except prepaid cards.edit

    Not sure how in 2016, you don't use debit or credit cards but that's just me.

    Anyway, could someone else confirm if using prepaid VISAs work or not? You could always go to gamestop or bestbuy, use your prepaid VISA card on a subscription xbox live card. That should work. Perhaps order a digital code on amazon with your prepaid VISA. I'm pretty sure they accept it.

    Yeah it's legit. Though more and more companies are starting to accept them. Should be able to buy a pre-paid subscription card from a store and use it though, that won't require a credit/debit card on file.

    Hey there Dark! Are you referring to our prepaid cards or a prepaid debit/credit card? If the our prepaid cards, take a look at Forum 09 for more help. If a prepaid debit or credit card, we don't accept these. You'd need to have an actual credit or debit
    card.

    You can also use your prepaid credit card to purchase one of our prepaid cards at a retailer and then enter that code in your console to add the points or LIVE time. Please let me know if this helps or if you have any further questions. Thanks!

    technically my subscription isnt tied to my card, as it was a prepaid 12 month card.... yet it still tells me i cant remove my card... is this because i added the prepaid card before my month paid with my debit card was finished? so it has effectivley latched
