    Error prepaid code (enter a valid code)

    I bought the prepaid card according to my region, and still give the code is invalid

    I have the same error.

    I buy an xbox prepaid card for $ 24,99 valid for 3 months xbox live gold membership and the activation not work. The system show me an message "INVALID CODE".

    The prepaid card was powered by fastcard.

    So, where i can find help or support to solve this issue ?

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please post the 8 digit error code you receive when trying? Also, make sure you're entering the code properly. Sometimes B can be mistaken for 8 or O for 0
