I bought a prepaid xbox card of 300 pesos and I left 3 hours and when I returned I wanted to buy something of 350 pesos that I had money because I had money saved in my account but when I wanted to buy it I needed money I thought someone I spend
it but I checked the purchase history and there was nothing help please

Problem buying Xbox Live Gold Membership in Mexico.

You can't change the account region to Mexico, so you'd either have to buy a prepaid card or create a new account with Mexico as the region.

Gold subscription does not except prepaid cards.edit

Not sure how in 2016, you don't use debit or credit cards but that's just me.

Anyway, could someone else confirm if using prepaid VISAs work or not? You could always go to gamestop or bestbuy, use your prepaid VISA card on a subscription xbox live card. That should work. Perhaps order a digital code on amazon with your prepaid VISA. I'm pretty sure they accept it.Click to expand...

Doesn't trust banks or credit card companies. Tries to use their pre-paid cards.

I fear for this person's future when they try to buy a house with no credit. Maybe they are rich and will just buy it out right with their mattress money.

As for a solution to your problem, use your prepaid card from a company you don't trust to buy a 12-month or 3-month Xbox Live Gold card from the store.

Hey there Chibidg! Prepaid cards should be of the same region as your account. Aditionally, your account region should match your physical region. If you live in Mexico, your account should be Mexico as well, and you should purchase points cards from Mexico
as well.

At this time there is no way to change the region of your account. I recommend creating a new account with the proper region and then you will be able to add cards and connect to LIVE just fine. Please let me know if this is helpful or if we can assist with

arent the MSP prepaid cards also divided by region/country just like the xbox live marketplace?

sometimes when I buy a MSP card I cant enter the code on my account cause its from Mexico and always end up inserting the point son my brothers account wich has the US marketplace
