    Prepaid 12M Gold code not working


    Looks like other have had similar issues. I can't redeem the 12M XBL Gold card I just bought from Amazon either on the Xbox One or online through the website. I don't have a balance on my account and my payment information is accurate.

    I get this error:

    XBOS-3013

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold this one isn't canceled

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold canceled

    gold 1 month free trial canceled

    but yet I have no number next to my name

    Do the subscriptions say "cancelled" or did you mean expiration date? For example, does it look something like this:

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold, Purchase Date: 1/1/2013, Expiration Date: 1/1/2014

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold, Purchase Date: 1/1/2012, Expiration Date: 1/1/2013

    Prepaid 12M Xbox LIVE Gold, Purchase Date: 1/1/2011, Expiration Date: 1/1/2012

    Is this something similar to what your's looks like? You also mentioned that you have no number? Did you mean you have a zero or nothing is displayed when you look on your Xbox 360/Xbox One? You may have no choice but to wait for one of the Support members
    to chime in to investigate what is going on.

    No. Tenure does not reset. It won't show if you revert to silver, but will come back after you add a new subscription.
