Prepaid 12 Month Xbox Live Gold Card does not work

Hi ,

I tried to redeem Prepaid 12 Month Xbox Live Gold Card via Xbox one.

It was successful. But it did not reflect that I have the subscription via console UI.

I tried redeeming the code again on xbox.com but it showed that the code has been used with the below info.

Please advise how can I proceed

Gold subscription does not except prepaid cards.edit

Doesn't trust banks or credit card companies. Tries to use their pre-paid cards.

I fear for this person's future when they try to buy a house with no credit. Maybe they are rich and will just buy it out right with their mattress money.

As for a solution to your problem, use your prepaid card from a company you don't trust to buy a 12-month or 3-month Xbox Live Gold card from the store.

Sorry to hear it. Can you try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down then unplug everything from it and let it sit for 5 minutes?

If that doesn't work then sign in to commerce.microsoft.com to see if the membership was added to your account. If it isn't there then be sure to check every gamertag you have on your console just in case you accidentally added it to a different account.

I only use 1 account only; hence it cannot be added to a wrong account

When I check my transaction in my account via xbox.com

It shows Sorry, there was a problem looking up your transactions.

I am in Singapore ; is there any support I can call in my country ?
