Preorders of the disk version please respond

I would like to know if you preorder a disk version do u get a code for your gta money? Also does this mean if u have played 360 version and preorder does ur bonus money double or increase or whatever the case? I'm trying to determine if this is truely
2 separate bonuses or are they really the same bonus they will give to anyone who either has played before or preorders the disk. if there has been no codes given out or people are being told they are not getting a code on pick up. Then honestly I can grind
my money cause 300000 or 500000 really isn't that much online gta money... and I can wait till release day and get digital if rockstar is being crappy with the money give outs. They really ought to give us return players $3m at least online gta money to equate
to the $60 price of the game.

Ubisoft online pass (UPlay Passport) in ACR On-Demand Version included?

VERY IMPORTANT QUESTION

I'm planning to get the On-Demand Version of ACR on Xbox Live. Does anyone know if the Online-Pass is included??

I preordered and it says I will receive $1,000,000 ($500,000 for single player and $500,000 for online) and returning players get bonus cars, weapons and missions.

I will presume the code is inside the case when I pick it up.

Thanks for the info mafivee. I digitally preordered today and got the full 40+gbs loaded. It did have a box that showed the 1M .5M single and .5M multi in a box to the side but it didn't seem to download it. But its there so that could be a code I'm not
sure yet.

you'll get a code emailed to you. i just received my halo mcc code today 2 days after the disc shipped. it might be in the case.

The $1M bonus and the extra cars and weapons for 360 players are two separate things. Anyone who pre-orders will get the $1M bonus cash, but you need to have played GTA on 360 and have your gamertag linked to the Rockstar Social Club to get the extra seaplane
and Duke o' Death and the other stuff.

If you have the disk version, installing offline is definatly the way to go.

Also you get stuck on 100% install for 20 mins but keep going it will eventually work.

As for the digital preorder 3 of my friends have this but only 1 worked properly.
