Preorders not counting for my punchcard

Discus and support Preorders not counting for my punchcard in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I was told by the twitter team to post here to get my preorder punchcard corrected.     Preorders not counting for my punchcard


    I was told by the twitter team to post here to get my preorder punchcard corrected. I had made preorders for RE7 and a few other games and they didn't count towards my punchcard and I didn't receive the reward points for it. (This was the last punchcard
    not the current one).

    I have preodered Sword art online: fatal bullet (which released forever ago) and sea of thieves from the xbox digital store but have not received credit on my punch card

    We see that you received two punches for your pre-orders made for the last Games on Demand (Resident Evil and Dead Rising). However, since you did not make an eligible third pre-order, you did not complete that offer.

    Since it was a preorder, it would count as a punch towards your games on demand punchcard. You would need 2 other eligible purchases to complete the offer and receive credits. Preorders do not count towards VIP.

    The purchase is not showing because it is not eligible. Preorders do not count towards VIP. So since that purchase was a preorder it does not count. It would be eligible for your Games on Demand punchcard though and should show as a punch on that offer.

    Preorders do not count towards VIP. So the only way to receive credits for that purchase is by completing the punchcard.
